BOOK AUTHENTICITY
Are the books authentic?
Yes, all books are authentic US copies. We import our copies directly from the US.
ORDER PROCESS
How do I order?
1. Click on the item that you wish to order and click "Add to Cart". Make sure to read the product description.
2. After you have finished ordering, review your orders by clicking “View Cart”. Then proceed to checkout.
3. Fill out the necessary shipping details, additional information, and payment and delivery options. Once read and agreed upon, click “Place Order.”
NOTE: Lalamove is applicable for Metro Manila (nearby cities) and Cavite customers only. Customer will pay for the current rate as provided in the website upon checkout.
4. Settle your balance by paying through bank transfer or GCash. Respective accounts are provided in the page and email.
5. After paying, please make sure to send your proof of payment at contactpaperboox@gmail.com. Wait for an email confirmation within 24 hours.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship nationwide.
How much is the delivery cost?
It depends on the number and weight of books and your delivery address. Delivery cost starts at Php100 for Metro Manila and Cavite. You may calculate the shipping fee after adding an item to your cart.
How to avail Free Shipping?
Orders amounting Php2,000 and up are eligible for free shipping and will be combined in one shipment. Make sure to choose "Free Shipping" option in the delivery. If an order comprises of items with different time of arrivals, and you opt to ship the available item first, the free shipping will be applied to the first shipment only. Subsequent shipments will be shouldered by you.
Free shipping only applies to orders made via GogoXpress or LBC. Same-day delivery via Lalamove is not included.
What are couriers do you use?
We use GogoXpress, LBC, J&T and Lalamove.
How long is your delivery time?
We follow the time provided by the courier.
Greater Metro Manila and Cavite: 1-3 days
Luzon: 2-5 days
Visayas and Mindanao: 3-7 days
Islands: 5-10 days
Note: Excluding holidays and natural circumstances beyond one’s control.
How do I track my order?
For on-hand items, you will receive a tracking link via email once the item is ready for delivery within 1-2 days after placing your order.
What is your Shipping Policy?
Multiple orders comprising of pre-order and on-hand stocks, or pre-orders with different estimated time of arrival must be checked out separately to ship the orders individually. Otherwise, the shipping for the available stock will be on hold until the whole order is complete and they can be shipped together.
